Customer Contact Information
It is your responsibility to provide us with updated contact
information, should your phone number, mailing address, email address,
or name change. If we are unable to contact you at billing or domain
renewal time, we reserve the right to suspend your account or allow your
domain name(s) to expire.
Bill Payment
We require payment within 30 days of the issue date on our invoices.
Your service may be temporarily suspended after 30 days of non-payment
of an outstanding invoice.
Adult Content
Manufaxure Corp. prefers not to host revenue generating, or non-revenue
generating, adult content. If your account is found to be used to store,
transmit, or receive adult content it will be suspended.
Email Usage
Unsolicited bulk email is strictly forbidden. Any email sent from your
account must be sent only to recipients who wish to receive email from
you.
All commercial email marketing activity must adhere to the Controlling
the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing (CAN-SPAM) Act of
2003.
Exceeding Resource Usage Limits
Your account will be suspended if you exceed your storage or bandwidth
limitations. Should your account exceed transfer or storage limitation,
you may...
* Wait until the following month, when your transfer counter is reset.
* Contact us and work out an agreement that accommodates your needs.
Rates for additional storage and transfer are posted on our web site.
Data Backup and Retention
Our backup processes are designed to help us recover server
functionality after a catastrophic failure event, not to provide a
safety net for customers. It is strictly the responsibility of the
customer to adhere to any backup or data retention requirements that
pertain to their business. Customers are responsible for backing up
valuable data themselves.
Domain Name Registration
We use our domain registrar partner, enom.com, for all of our domain
name registrations. All names are assigned to individual customer
accounts. You are the owner and sole responsible entity for your domain
name registration.
Acceptable Content and Lawful Use
Services and resources provided as part of your account with Manufaxure
Corp. are to be used for lawful purposes only. Should you be found to be
using your account for unlawful activities of any kind, your account
will be terminated immediately.
You may NOT transmit, receive, or store the following using your
Manufaxure Corp. hosting account...
* Copyrighted content to which you do not own the copyright.
* Adult Content
* Malware or Viruses
* Software to which you are not a license holder.
You may NOT run the following software using your Manufaxure Corp.
hosting account...
* IRC (internet relay chat) including clients, servers, bots, or other
related irc infrastructure
* Proxies or Forwarding Services - Includes SSH tunneling to external
hosts, as well as HTTP and TCP/IP proxies
* Portscanning, penetration testing, or other security related software
* Software that uses excessive resources and interferes with other
customers use of our service
You may NOT use your hosting account to...
* Gain unauthorized access to our system or other systems.
* Launch denial of service attacks against or otherwise harass other
Internet users.
* Participate in XSS (cross-site scripting) attacks on websites.
The above is not an all inclusive list of activities that may result in
account termination. Manufaxure Corp. is dedicated to providing reliable
support to our customers and being a responsible member of the Internet
community. Any activity which we deem to interfere with those goals may
result in account termination.
Refunds
Should you be unhappy with your service due to a technical glitch,
service outage, malfunction, or other demonstrable issue, we are happy
to issue a refund, pro-rated for the amount of time you've already used.
SSL certificate fees and domain registrations are non refundable.
Conflict Resolution
Manufaxure Corp. is the sole arbiter in cases regarding customer
accounts. We reserve the right to make judgement about any and all of
the limitations stated above, and to suspend accounts at any time.
Should we terminate your account, you may request a refund, subject to
the conditions of the refunds section above.
